Free tools

Contractor Job Tools currently provides free web-based tools for preparing contractor documents and managing a local workspace. The core tools require no account or subscription. Features may evolve; we do not guarantee that every feature will remain unchanged forever.

No legal, tax or accounting advice

Contractor Job Tools is software for preparing business documents. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial or licensing advice. No attorney-client, accountant-client or similar professional relationship is created.

State and local requirements

Contractor, estimate, invoice, tax, disclosure, licensing and home-improvement requirements vary by U.S. state, county, municipality, industry and job type. You are responsible for determining the legal notices, license numbers, cancellation notices, tax rules and other information required for your work. We do not guarantee that a generated document satisfies the laws of every jurisdiction.

Taxes and accuracy

You choose tax rates and taxable items. An optional saved tax default is applied only if you enable it, and still needs review for each job. Contractor Job Tools does not determine whether sales tax or another tax applies.

Review customer information, quantities, prices, descriptions, dates, taxes, payment terms, totals and the final PDF before using or sending a document. You are responsible for the accuracy, lawful use and compliance of the information you enter.

Local storage and backups

Browser storage is not a backup service. Clearing browser data, changing browsers or devices, local storage failure or device loss can remove access to your workspace. Keep your own backups and download important documents. Backup files may contain personal and business information; store and share them securely. Replacing a workspace from a backup replaces the current local records after your confirmation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Paragamix is not responsible for loss of local drafts caused by these browser or device events. The limitations below preserve liability and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Availability and warranties

Paragamix aims to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. In particular, this does not limit liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory statutory liability. For ordinary negligence in the breach of an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited, where legally permitted, to reasonably foreseeable damage typical of that obligation. Other liability for ordinary negligence is excluded only where applicable law permits. Mandatory user rights remain unaffected.

Intellectual property

The website, software, design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain your rights in, and responsibility for, the business and customer information you enter. You may use the documents you generate for your own business purposes.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, violate third-party rights, introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access or compromise security. Automated abuse that materially disrupts the service is prohibited. Normal business use and normal PDF generation are permitted.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory rights and protections that apply to a user under applicable law remain unaffected.

Changes and contact

These Terms may be updated when the service, legal requirements or business model changes. Updates will appear here with a revised date, and material changes will be clearly identified. See Contact, our Privacy Policy and Legal Notice for operator and privacy information.
